Lack of adequate funds hinders school from embracing ICT. It was therefore recommended that ICT should be made available and accessible to students in secondary schools since ICTs were greatly affecting the ways learning and research activities were been carried out in academic institutions. Government should show more commitment to our secondary schools and to the development of an e-learning base in the country by making available special ICT grants to Universities and students on an annual basis.
